Full Time Pharmacist - Armitage Pharmacy, Logan Square, Chicago
$55 to $60 per hour, based on experience

About the Role
We need a licensed Illinois pharmacist . You will run the pharmacy during your shift: verify and dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, supervise technicians, and keep controlled substance records in order.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
- Counsel patients on medications, side effects, storage, and interactions
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and daily workflow
- Maintain compliance with Illinois Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and HIPAA requirements
- Handle controlled substance recordkeeping and inventory
- Give immunizations (certification preferred)
- Work with prescribers and insurance plans to resolve issues
Qualifications
- Active Illinois pharmacist license (RPh) in good standing (required)
- Pharm.D. or B.S. Pharm.
- Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
- Immunization certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Reliable, patient-first, comfortable in a busy independent pharmacy
